Green Tea is beneficial for Weight Loss and Controlling Diabetes!

Being obese is the beginning of many diseases and millions of people all over the world battle this problem. A few cups of tea on daily basis will help to promote weight loss. There have been a number of clinical researches that have established that the catechins and antioxidants in green tea have a pronounced effect in stabilizing blood sugar and preventing it from either becoming too high or low.
