With Diabetic Diet Menu, You Can Stay Healthy!

Diabetes is one of the most underestimated and ignored diseases in the world. Since essential Fatty Acids like Omega-6 and Omega-3 cannot be produced in the body, they must be taken through your diabetic diet menu. Both these acids must be taken in a proper ratio. An ideal ratio is 8:1 in any diabetic diet menu. You can get these from fish, leafy vegetables etc.
