- 2 fruits, mainly citrus and whole fruit instead of juices due to the fiber content
- 2 meat or its substitutes with all the necessary fat removed from it, preferably boiled, baked or roasted
- Up to 3 fats such as sweets
This is all the diet that adds up to 1200 calorie to be taken throughout the day and can be distributed into breakfast, lunch and dinner according to one’s needs and tastes, however, it is recommended to have the same amount at the same time daily for better results. A dietician is still required to be consulted as this is just a basic idea provided.
