Diabetics must try to eat as light as possible for dinner. Eat raw veggies, salads, soups, sprouts and similar food that is nutritious and does not increase your blood sugar levels. Also, try to avoid spicy food.

Take care of the amount of physical activity in a day. Whilst some amount of exercise helps keep blood sugar levels in control, too much exercising can only lead to night sweating. So, make sure that you do not go overboard. Lifestyle changes such as quitting alcohol can also help you overcome the problem.
