by diabetics.

So, amount of carbohydrate consumed often plays a crucial role in
controlling blood sugar. An eating plan for carbohydrate would be of
great help. It would include amount of carbohydrate intake, meal
timings, and glucose level reading. Protein's contribution to total
calorie must not exceed by 20 %.
